Day-of coordination

Eight weeks of handover, a final walkthrough at your venue, and the two of us running the day.

Before you book

How far in advance should we book?

For full planning, 12 to 18 months. For day-of coordination, at least 3 months. Saturdays November through April book first.

Do you travel for destination weddings?

Yes, throughout Florida, the Keys, the Bahamas and the Caribbean, with travel quoted separately.

What’s included in each package?

Everything is listed on the menu. Florals, rentals and vendor fees are separate and quoted openly.

Can we customize a package?

Of course. Most couples do. Tell us what you need at the consultation.

How do payments work?

A 30% retainer secures your date, then the balance in three installments, the last due 30 days before the wedding.

Do you work with vendors we choose?

Yes. We have a preferred list, but we’re happy to work with anyone licensed and insured.
